Jeremy is a man who is currently incarcerated, but he wants to make things right and turn his life around. A few years ago, he committed a crime that he deeply regrets. Now, he is seeking a second chance to make things right and become a contributing member of society once again.
Over the past 14 years, a ton of time and money has been invested in the effort to release Jeremy. Sadly, the D.A. Alameda County took Jeremy’s case personally and gave him 35 years to life with three consecutive life sentences for attempted murder! Thankfully, nobody passed away. Out of self-preservation, only one shot was fired. In the whole history of the American court system, this has never occurred. Before this, Jeremy had never been convicted of a crime!
Since one of the victims involved is the son of a police officer who has since become a police officer, everyone who has been involved in this case or is aware of this and agrees that they are defending their own. That night, he wasn’t a cop, and Jeremy obviously wasn’t either.

Jeremy’s mother has created this website as a platform to seek justice for her son. We are committed to highlighting the circumstances surrounding Jeremy crime and advocating for appropriate measures to ensure that he receives a fair and just legal process.
We believe that Jeremy crime was not solely a reflection of his character, but rather a result of the traumatic and unfortunate circumstances he experienced at the time. We also believe that Jeremy has taken steps towards rehabilitation and is genuinely remorseful for his actions.
